I have worked with Ashish in the same team at a different company in the past (Connecti), and recommended him for a position at JP Morgan in my group. At JP Morgan, Ashish has been able to hit the ground running, providing quick turnaround to new functionality on existing products. He has also suggested and implemented several improvements to increase the quality of the product.
