Awesome, i installed SVN and used it and ran it on my FC 13 Virtual Box. It worked like charm and so easy to install.

I liked the “Star-Trek” comment.
The wheel is reverse now in Indian Market.
Freshers are in demand since they cost low, can be sweated for long hours and available in abundance.
Whats your advise for “Experienced” ? Since Indian IT Industry prefer Freshers than the experienced ones.

Hi,

I am trying to use SVN with ANT and I have dowloaded SVN and SVNAnt.

However when i type SVN in a command prompt it is not recognised.

Any advise?

hi i was new to seam .
i am going to develop an application . in that i am displaying some entity objects using datamodel and datamodelselection in rich:datatable. when i select a row and going to change some column field it automatically updating on entity objects. i need to restrict this auto updation in my application. how would i achieve this?

if you use svnkit.jar neither client nor javahl jar is required
svnkit is all java implementation

Hello Ashish,

Article is very usefule & able to install subversion in few minutes. I have done all steps in article. But getting authorization erro while connecting to repository.

I have changed owner for svnauth & svnpass file to apache. I tried with tortoiseSVN client tool & web browser but not able to login to repository.

Please help….thanks in advance.
